  • After 2 burglaries on my street. I decided to contact security companies. I had three companies come and give me a quotes. Cox, Monitronics, ADT, and Vivint. Once I got the quotes I was doing my research. The next day another home was broken into. Do to price and features I decided to go with Vivint. I contacted Lee Barber who had installers in the same night. I wanted to wait a month or so to post until after I was able to test the customer service and response. After a few accidental false alarms we noticed that the company was very responsive and polite. Lee was great and even followed up with me to see how I liked my system. I would definitely recommend Vivint.
