I truly enjoyed this trail! We did however find the trail closed at the upper and lower entrance which sucked, but needless to stay we still managed to find a way in nearby ;).
You are mostly on an incline so you will get your cardio in for sure, but the path is nice and visible.
The climate on this day happen to be 51 degrees, a little cool but I soon warmed up. The sound of the wind through the trees sounded more like rushing water, it was so relaxing and found a pine tree with needles that smelled like citrus, wow! Sadly we also found a deer carcass.
Towards the top the narrow switchbacks and altitude was a bit much for my fear of heights, but nonetheless the views were amazingly beautiful and makes you so grateful to have such awesome trails!!!
