  • We bought a condo on Kippendavie Ave in The Beaches area of Toronto. This was mid December of last year. Two months later we have not heard from this company. Email, three choices of phone numbers available for them to reach us. We have left voice mail which has gone unanswered and email; the only reply asking us if we live there! It's truly unbelievable that they are paid for the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Today we tried again and after working through the prompts got a real person who was apologetic as this is a call service! It took this person a while to find our building among hundreds outsourced to them. This is why I am giving one star instead of none. We will wait now for info in the mail. And... we obviously owe maintenance fees and that still did not raise any flags! So disappointed.
