  • Whatever you do, do NOT go to this store. All they do is LIE. I specifically said I needed my diamond band before Feb 1st and this was in early Jan. They told me, "NO PROBLEM! 100%! It'll be ready Jan 28,29!". I needed this ring before Feb 1st because I am MOVING out of province and now I have to push back my flight. They're horrible, they ignore calls and they give you excuses after excuses! How are these ppl in business? I'm so upset that I didn't see the previous reviews before I went in to their store. I would never have bought from them. They fail to commit and follow through with their initial agreement with you regarding time and this seems to be a repeat thing with them. They will NOT honour the agreed upon date in which your jewellery is supposed to be ready. STAY AWAY. The quality is a joke too. Just do yourself a favour and don't even bother with them. April 9 2016 update: I came back for the weekend and got a chance to look at the band--surprise surprise, it doesn't fit. It doesn't go past my knuckle. GREAT SIZING. I'm not going to bother getting them to fix it, it's been screw ups after screw ups. I'm finished with them and finding a legitimate place to resize the ring. Please don't go here. Horrible people.
