| - I'm surprised no one has ever written a review on this store since they have some of the most friendliest staff there. Any time I have questions about my phone they are always WILLING to go above and beyond what you ask of them. My most recent experience involved my phone having no storage room with 1.00GB. After deleting multiple apps, photos, programs, and every thing else I 100% enjoyed, it still was not functioning properly. The employee, David went through my phone and tried to remove any unused programs but could not free up enough space. One of the employees named Jay said there just wasn't going to be enough room since there wasn't a lot to begin with it, so he suggested I get a new one. He promised me a really good deal on a phone that was currently out of stock, but he could not locate the phone at two of the closest stores. I looked around and decided on the Samsung Galaxy 4 with 16.00GB! What a difference!
No 5....I wasn't paying an extra $300 for that--besides, I wanted to buy a bike later. (Haha)
Jay was super friendly and set up my new phone like a pro. He put all my contacts in the new phone and when all of them didn't show up, he made sure he wasn't finished until each one was transferred over. Like an enchanted mobile wizard, he used his fingers to perform data miracles. Swyping, sweeping, and touching each key to customize my device. Some time passed, and it didn't matter. My screen protector was placed on with no bubbles. He was patient and thorough while throwing in an occasional joke here and there.
After my phone was set up, I was excited that I was able to not only USE it--but that my emails were finally syncing without any storage problems. (Sad--I know)
Everyone at that store is great, no matter who is working. As long as I've been going there, everyone has been knowledgeable and courteous. This is one of the reasons why I enjoy TMOBILE.
