  • Funny, witty, charming, good-looking and amazing....but enough about me, this review is about Paranormal Mind Reading and Hypnosis Show starting Frederic Da Silva. On a whim we decided to look for an afternoon show and upon doing a Yelp search (which are all spot on), we decided to book this show. Since we were close by, we figured we'd book at the Box Office within Bally's, but found the price to be MUCH higher than what you can get on line, so we booked on line, then went back to get our tickets minutes later. Seems silly, but not the entertainers fault---that's just FYI and a free tip for y'all. (You're welcome). Anyway, so the show starts promptly at 4:00 in a small ballroom. Frederic explains what's going to happen and goes through painstaking efforts to assure everyone there are no 'plants' or shills, and after just one trick, you start to understand this. As others have said, everything is random, starting with throwing expensive frisbees into the crowd,and those who catch them then become the volunteers for the show. I've no idea how Frederic does what he does. Two random strangers, sitting across from one another, each shown instructions to do something...and he assures us they will write the same thing....and they do. Just incredible. Or, him having someone pick the name of someone...then knowing it and telling things about that person, unique to them. That's a small sampling of what to expect. There are bigger, more intricate 'stunts', and each one amazes more than the next. It's a fast pace, 1 hour show and you leave wishing it was much longer (but not upset with anything related to the show itself...it's incredible). No need to belabor the point or spoil anything. Go online and buy tickets and go see this show. Glad we did and we'll certainly be back again.
