  • I had Colburn Enterprise installed the system I had. Got the quote with all parts included, but still asked to purchased couple parts. The job was not exactly properly done due to twice leakage which cause the paint on floor peeling. And expected he had courtesy if he wanted to keep the rest of the system part I had, my house rug or even to use the restroom. Of course I don't mind to let him had them but please need courtesy to ask the owner first if wanted to take items from the customer's house. I can say this cause I saw my belonging in his tool bag which I assumed he would return it after the job done, but found out I was searching for those missing items.
