  • My mother and I were approached while having a private conversation on her porch. The young salesman stated that he was researching complaints on cable and dish tv services. We stated, rather brusquely, that we did not want to talk to him. He started walking away and stated he would just tell the company to shut off our cable. I then asked him for his name, William Cole, and his superior's name, Paul Little and phone number. It was a personal cell number with no voicemail. I asked him to reconfirmed the number. It was correct. I called back and Paul picked up. I asked him if it was standard practice to threaten to shut off services. Paul said yes. I asked him how do they justify that statement. Paul hung up on me. Now Communications is being reported to the retirement park manager as a predatory sales organization.
