  • I consider myself a connoisseur of pastries. Carlos didn't disappoint...nevermind the endless selections you have or the prices. I've gone three times in the last few weeks, and each time I get the meringue cookie, strawberry shortcake and LOBSTER TAIL. If you like flaky, crunchy, creamy, and sweet (how could you NOT) you must get a lobster tail. The cream inside this croissant like pastry is perfect, not too sweet and absolutely decadent. Customer service is great...but be ready to wait, as it's located inside the Venetian.
