  • I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I came here last week with a softball team. We arrived early and they wouldn't allow us to check in till 3pm which is the rules but it wasn't like the hotel was busy. When they did check us in they wouldn't put us on the same floor with the team which was supposed to happen since we booked this well in advance. The first room they put us in had dried blood on the couch and a dirty bathroom. They tried to hide the blood by placing the cushions over it. We then had to repack and move everything up two more floors with no comp anything. Upon arrival to the new room the bathroom was dirty and we had to clean it. They would only provide two new towels a day for a family of four. It took three days to half clean up throw up near the ice machine. There were people smoking in the hallways and leaving the cigarette butts on the floor. Manager did nothing to resolve our issues. Don't waste your money here.
