  • Eric (and Mikhail) are as good as they come, not only as property managers but as service professionals. They manage 3 of our properties in Greater LV area. What separates them from the crowd? 1) Extremely diligent and detail oriented. This should be the norm, but sadly it isn't the case in business. However, nothing escapes FPM's attention - from the initial walk through of property, to determining proper lease rates, marketing, negotiating leases, to post lease tenant management. The attention to detail heads off a lot of future problems - for example the way in which he deals with vendor licensing, insurance, etc. 2) Ability to handle crisis. You never know how good your property managers are until things start to go wrong, and in this business, that is bound to eventually happen to your property. When they do, this team is prepared, on top of the situation and ready to put in the work to get things done properly. Eric and his team have handled crisis situations for us and do so with calm, professional demeanor that comes only with the great confidence that comes with knowledge, experience and the right temperament. Furthermore they put in the effort and have always responded quickly - even on evenings and weekends. 3) Attitude. Eric has a great attitude, which comes across in how he handles the property owners as well as tenants. He is a straight up person and earns respect by honoring his commitments and dealing fairly. When sticky situations come up, its good to have someone with these even keeled skill sets to navigate to a successful outcome. We have dealt with a lot of different service professionals in many different industries. As an owner, typically when you hear from a property manager, its not good news and therefore not pleasant, however, Eric's knowledge, professionalism, integrity and thorough work ethic not only prevent a lot of these calls in the first place, but also they make those calls easy to deal with. People who are extremely smart, prepared, honest and genial are extremely rare and will be successful in any situation.
