I ordered an HP 250 all in one portable printer on Amazon; per the shipping details the printer would arrive Oct 21, 2017. I received updates that the shipment would be delayed. My hope was to get the printer and take it on a work trip (I had to leave the morning of Oct 26, 2017). On October 25, 2017, Amazon informed me they could not get the printer to me and provided a refund. I went to my local Best Buy to purchase the printer. I was told they did not have the printer, but could order it. I decided to go ahead and order it for use on future work trips. In the middle of placing my order, a female manager came up to my salesman and told him, "if you are busy someone else can help her." The salesman promptly told me someone else will help you and walked away. The manager then walked away. I was left standing at the counter alone. I waited approx. 7 minutes and no one came to complete the sale. Luckily for me, after exiting the store, I noticed that there was a Staples in the same parking lot. I went to the Staples and they had the HP 250 all in one portable printer and they were able to price match so I got it for the same price and was able to take it on my trip. Best Buys customer service is terrible!!!
