  • Arrived at 1030pm to start our girls weekend that my friend..a diamond owner..set up for us. At checkin everything seemed fine. We got to our room and right outside of our door was the worse stench...something this pregnant lady has a hard time handling! Once inside the room we realized that this wasn't the room requested...when my diamond owner friend called the front desk she was basically told..too bad..we are full and your guests can use our brand new comfortable tempra pedic sleeper sofa. After 20 minutes we relented. I offered to sleep on the sofa...I pulled it out and low and behold it is broken!!! After a 5hr drive all this pregnant lady wants to do is get some sleep. It's now 1241am and they're bringing in a new sofa. The front desk staff and night manager were very rude and unaccomodating. This will definitely be our last trip to this resort!!
