  • Almost $50/per day for "free wi-fi" and parking! Yes $20 per day to park ++ a $25 resort fee which you get "free wi-fi" with. No other hotel or resort in Scottsdale charges to park (this isn't San Francisco). Also note your car will be covered in tree leaves and DIRT after you pay $45 per day extra for the privilege of parking at the Hyatt in Gainey Ranch (see photos). Shame on the Hyatt Gainey Ranch for becoming the airline industry. What is next $5 for each bag I bring into the hotel ? TRAVELERS NOTE: you need to add +/- $45/ day in "fees" plus almost another + 20% of the sum total in other taxes and fees to whatever quote you see on the Hyatt website.
