I have a new born child in the house, and we needed our gas water boiler to work. I notice the pilot light keeps going out along with a tripped circuit breaker. So we used our hsa home warranty to get a contractor out to look at it.
They had union plumbing come out, the tech Thomas claim it was an easy fix that the failed part was the pilot lighting assembly. I mentioned the circuit breaker on it tripped. Which he didn't respond And he swapped out the assembly what appears to be a used worn part from his truck. He said oh your lucky I had a spare.
So right after he left the heater stop working again ,so I called them for an entire day, and all they did was " we'll take a message" basically everyone on their end was useless, responses were you called too early or were at lunch!nobody called us back or anyone showed up at our house.
It's been over 4 days, now they claim they work days and nights with excellent great customer service.
Their customer service said they called us back and claim that someone answered my wife's cell phone and said " oh we're busy call back after 2pm". That was a lie from them!!
I called just again and explained to them why they are responsible for this repair, the lady on the phone says to call hsa for a recall , I explained that i never had to call hsa back before for any further repairs. I explained that the initial repair should not be finished. I also said that they should be the one calling hsa and explain why they claim they fixed my heater. I said I'm not going to call hsa since it takes hours for anyone to pick up the phone. Right there and then the lady who didn't leave a name from Union plumbing hangs up on me.
This business is your typical crappy type from Las Vegas.
