rev:text	When I got my own house, I wanted a company that would just take care of everything. I wanted someone who would cut the grass, clear the driveway, and take care of my plants and trees without my having to tell them what to do when (and without having to know myself!). They succeed in that goal. In addition, I chose to have a landscaping plan done since the previous tenants in my house had let the yard get so overgrown that there was no way I could possibly keep up with it. He was able to refer me to an excellent landscaper who drew me a beautiful plan and has been wonderful about being more than willing to make adjustments and answer any questions (including just random plant identification emails!) since then. I do understand the other reviewers' concerns regarding timing. It's owned by a single man and has all the problems that startup businesses have. He's been plagued by staffing and ownership problems. However, I've always found him more than willing to openly explain to me the cause of any delays and to sincerely apologize. However, as an economic development person I'm willing to be patient in order to support small businesses since I understand how difficult they are to succeed in and how essential they are to the regional economy. Customers should be aware that this isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees who can respond to requests on a dime but does an excellent job for an owner-operated company. The most important tip I can give regarding this business is that it's a LANDSCAPE company, NOT a plowing company. Plowing isn't a profitable business, and so they're not particularly excited about customers who only want plowing. However, for customers who want year-round service and want someone who takes a great deal of pride and puts a lot of work into continuing education on health and maintenance techniques of trees, soil, plants, native yards, and many other factors that mark the difference between a pretty yard and a pretty, productive, and ecological yard in order to truly offer the best service this is definitely a great one.
