  • I have been a Torrid lover for years now. I am constantly looking online to see what's new. My friend told me that the Tempe location was awesome. They had a large selection and the store was huge in comparison to the other locations. So I decided to go there with her even though its not close to me. I am a huge fan of great customer service and Bree provided nothing less. I picked out a few things to try on and while my friend and I were showing each other our outfits Bree walked by and just started chatting with us like a friend. She then started bringing us things to try on. Items she thought we would like. It was like hanging out with a girlfriend. I ended up buying two of the dresses that she suggested. She should be the leading example for great customer service for all the Torrid employees. The store in general is really nice, its big and the racks are spaced out nicely. You can walk through and not trip over things or feel over whelmed.
