  • For 2 hours I have tried contacting someone at this store.. all I get is the phone ringing for 15 mins plus. One of the many times I called, I was immediately put on hold and not able to ask for the cell phone dept. Another time when I was transferred, I was hung up on by the cell dept. I don't think I'll be taking my business to Best Buy anymore. This is the second store in Las Vegas I have dealt with and had issues with. The care for customers has drastically gone down.
