rev:text	Bought a 64' TV stand from here and picked it up from this location because it is their central hub and was available same day. I got there and had absolutely no issues. Pick-up zone was well marked and they had a waiting area with water and couches while they grabbed the item(which only took about 10 minutes). The guy helping us load was very nice and carful with the box. I read a lot of reviews about the staff being rough with the furniture and rude(a lot about the delivery team) I didn't experience either of those while there. I also read that the furniture showed up broke and poorly packaged. I took the liberty of posting a few pictures to illustrate the care taken. The TV stand was on a pallet and wrapped and cushioned with foam. Not much else you can do to help protect it, unless you work for NASA..Took it out of the box and it was in great working condition. Of course if something breaks that was clearly manufacturing's fault and my drill can't fix it I'll update the post but I don't see that happening. It's real wood and sturdy. There were a lot of mixed reviews on here so I figured I would add my 2 cents, hope it helps. Last thoughts- The Majority of the reviews had complaints about when it was delivered. That's why I picked it up. If you have a SUV or a Truck I suggest you get it done yourself. If not make some friends with people with trucks, they come in handy.
