rev:text	I moved in here 2 years ago. Old, smelly noisy apartments but for the price it was good. After being robbed I was transferred to a second floor (same community). Apartment is literally falling apart, kitchen stinks how old it is, floods are happening once in 2-3 month, last time (2-3 weeks ago) when I called maintenance I was waiting for them to come fix it for 5 DAYS!!!!! I wasn`t able to was dishes or use kitchen at all. Let`s not talk about the pricing in this s***hole and water bills that are $120 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Regardless I was quiet, here and there I would have moments where I would to to a club house and complain, they would listed promise that they will do something- nothing has ever changed but okay. Today I went to pay my rent at this unhappy, frustrated, miserable human being that happened to be new employee Dan Ciraulo or something like that gave him self a permission to yell at me, to treat me like I`m some dog to find a shelter there, to kick me out because God forbid I while I was waiting to give him a check I went into back office to check package that I received. I was never treated like this in my whole entire life by no one, no one ever made me feel this uncomfortable and upset please future residents trust me, go live to any other place but this! You gonna overpay and be treated like you are asking for mercy and anyone has a right to talk to you the way they want.
