  • Been coming here for years. Although I can easily steal music online for free, or listen through prime I love to support my local shops. Literally just bought a used cd from them went straight to the car and gave it a listen. It won't play, and they refused to give me my money back although it was purchased literally 2 minutes before. Will never shop here again, and this marks the last time I will ever shop at zia. I understand the no cash back, but the fact that I literally just bought it should prompt an exception.
