  • Our condenser fan motor seized today on the 4th ofJuly. No problem! Home Depot should have them, right? Yep! 2 WEEKS FROM NOW! Not OK with 110 degree Las Vegas heat! Frantic, I started calling local places . . . All closed. Amazingly, APC was open, and they had them in stock! Not only did they have it off the shelf for me in what seemed like 30 seconds, Eddy was cool enough to splice the connector on for me, configure the fan direction wiring, remove the old fan from the old motor, and cut the motor shaft to size. He even included the start capacitor in the order, before it dawned on me to ask about it. This place is awesome! The customer service is great, I even overheard the other reps helping customers with troubleshooting their units so they could get the parts they needed. Anytime I have appliance or HVAC issues again, I will be back, that's for sure.
