  • I lived in Cleveland for several years and had my 323Ci serviced by this shop regularly. The reason for my 1 star review? When my license plate light was out, the owner showed me a diagram on the computer of the trunk in their office, detailing the trunk disassembly required, and why it was going to cost several hundred dollars to repair. I didn't get it fixed until I moved to Pittsburgh. $15 wire repair job at German Motor Werks in Pittsburgh. I was never sure if their services that cost me several thousand dollars over the years were legit after that. I assumed I was getting honest service. But the license plate light was my last experience. I would never go back.
