  • So pissed at this place, took our puppy there, my fiancee goes to pick her up, as soon as I get home and see her, the lady had snipped Lexi on her back leg, now mind you, Lexi weights less than 7 pounds, is gray and white, so I big size, chunk of skin missing with red blood, is definitely visible, and even though accidents do happen,, "I'm so sorry, I accidentally snipped the chunk out your dogs leg" should have been the first damn thing out of her mouth when he picked her up, ... Needless to say we will no longer be going back there. Will choose a place were safety awareness is primary.
