  • This store is the worst store I have EVER shopped at. I came here yesterday looking for clothes for EDC. They had a pretty decent selection to choose from, but the costumer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. I came in the store in the morning did a little shopping and put an item on hold in which the employee told me they could only hold it for 1 hour... Ok that's stupid in the first place but whatever. That was around 1 pm. I came back at around 5 and of course when I went back to the cashier it was no longer on hold. She also informed me that they can no longer place items on hold although someone a few hours earlier placed it on hold for me... Don't change the rules in a single day. No consistency with the workers. Another thing was all of the shorts and swimsuit like bottoms were closed shut with a security tag and they told us that we couldn't try them on due to hygiene... Yet we were allowed to try on body suits that have the same like bottoms. Makes no sense at all. I tried to talk with the employee letting her know that I will never buy them if I can't try them on which is a huge inconvenience. Also the racks are terribly labeled. Things under a sign that say $9.99 and then the cashier told us that the garment was $24 and that someone must've placed it their on accident.., okay? In conclusion I will NEVER shop at this store if I don't have to. The clothes are made extremely cheap and prices are marked up so high. You feel uncomfortable just shopping here because the employees are constantly up your ass, and make up stupid rules. The only reason I had to purchase clothes from here is because I was in need for edc clothing and this was the only place I could find anything decent. BTW I have never Yelp reviewed any other establishment, but with the terrible experience I had here, I just had to. DONT SHOP HERE
