  • I have only been living at Red Mountain Villas one week, but I have never felt more at home. I have met mks neighbors in this short time than I knew at my old complex. The amenities of the complex are unbelievable; the pools are open 24 hours a day, there is a car washing station add a dog park. The grounds are so nice with plenty of grass. The only draw back has been maintenance. I have had a few items that need repair, one that I brought to management's attention 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on someone to act on the request. The reason I moved here was simple, after 3 years at The Urban, they wanted to raid my rent by $165.00 (or 20%), and my apartment wasn't even 500 square feet. My new assortment id's 165 square feet larger (33% more space). I love the extra storage I have and all the space. There's plenty of windows for my dog to look out which also provide more light.
