  • Wow! This company has amazing customer service! They fixed the lines to our pool pump 3 months ago and everything was great until recently when the pool started loosing .5 inches of water a day. I called New Image because I thought we might have another leak. To my surprise a gentleman took the time to walk me through a checklist of possible issues that might fix my problem BEFORE sending someone out. He was able to walk me through the simple process and he found the issue. No pool leaks, just a simple turn of a valve to solve the problem. I am extremely grateful for the time he took to help me out.
