  • We will not use this company again. We ordered and prepaid for the small window replacement (50%) and then they lost the window and had to re-order it. Our tenant spent hours waiting on them only to find out they lost the window. Phone calls went un-returned. I think they were very unprofessional to the "small" customer. They seem only interested in BIG companies. If you are a homeowner, save yourself the stress and go with another company. I told them I was leaving a bad review on YELP, and they really didn't care.....so here you have it!!
