  • Slow, and Waited 25 minutes even tho appt was made before someone even addressed our interests, which were already notated for appointment. We were told on phone they could beat the numbers we had but weren't even close to the price we had already. All smoke and mirrors...NO substance. We were there for three(3) hours, and wasted their time and ours after 75 mile round trip. Jeep, and Hendricks need some quality control training. PAY ATTENTION TO EMPTY PROMISES
