  • I started going to this location recently when I moved. I previously went to Fletcher Jones Toyota on E. Sahara. Fletcher Jones was wonderful and always went out of their way to make sure that my car's needs were met. I assumed other Toyota dealerships/service centers would be similiar, but not Desert Toyota. They are always rude and they disregard you as if you have no other options but to go to their dealership. At first I thought it was just a bad day, but I have gone there a handul of times now for service and it's always the same bad attitudes and poor service. From now on I will be driving out of my way to go to Fletcher Jones Toyota.
