  • FIVE STARS: haircut and partial highlights. Carly, a graduating student, did an amazing job giving me the haircut exactly the way I wanted it. She was very friendly and meticulous, and she really listened to what I wanted. The highlights were great too and I just love my hair right away - there was no awkward "adjustment period" at all! MINUS ONE STAR because the receptionists were a little disorganized. I called for an appointment at 1pm and specifically asked if it would be ok if I wanted to get highlights later and she said it was fine. However when I got there I couldn't get highlights on the same day because Carly was "booked for the rest of the day"... that was a little annoying.
