  • I don't say anything if it's not nice but Ulta broke that for me. This location SUCKS! I walked up to pay and the lady goes "Do you have a Ulta card" that's it! I'm in the customer service business too and even on my worst sick dying days I still say hello! At least a hello like come on. If you hate your job that much leave. I much rather prefer Sephora but it's inside the mall and this Ulta is super close to my house so I stopped in quickly for 3 things. I couldn't find anything. I went up to ask for help and the other hair lady just looked at me like I was stupid or speaking another language. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER ULTA. This is the last time I'm shopping here. My hard earn money does not need to go to you guys.
