I have been waiting on a dart order for a while. I called tonight to see if it was in. Robert answered and told me I had to call back in the morning. I asked if he could go look in the room where the dart supplies were and he gave me an attitude and asked if I was looking for aluminum darts. Which I have no idea why. I said no but I told him where on the back wall where the items I was looking for were. If they were there great if not I guess it didn't arrive. He said because I wasn't looking for aluminum shafts that I didn't ask him for, on top of which they were out of, that I had to call back in the morning. Instead of him looking for the items where I was telling him they were located if they had come in. I told him I didn't need to call back in the morning because I could just tell him where the items I was looking for were and I could walk him to though it. He hung up the phone and has not answered any of my calls for the last hour. It is a long way away and I would just simply want to know if they have the items I'm looking for since I have made two trips out there unsuccessfully before. It's a shame these ppl work in the customer service industry. It's more like a no-service industry when you have situations like this.
