This GoodLife location has one of the worst customer service possible. On many occasions, I've found myself having to beg for a service that should automatically be granted. Most recently, I asked for a towel and the front desk person just used his chin to point where I should grab it. On another occasion I asked someone to help me on a machine and instead of showing me on the machine itself, he showed me by the desk. Not cool. The only reason why it gets 2 stars is because the facility is awesome and the classes. But that's it!
