rev:text	This review is long overdue. We've been in our new home for 4 months now and Ben has followed up with us a couple times now. Five years ago, I was referred to Ben by a coworker who has used him for many of her and her family's real estate needs. She referred everyone and anyone she knew was selling or looking to buy. After my buying first home with Ben in 2012, I realized why. Ben follows up to follow up and does not give you an opportunity to wonder where you stood in the entire process. As a matter of fact, he sent an introductory email to the selling agent with information about who I was and that I was looking for a place that my 3 year old and I could call 'home'. In a very competitive buying market, I was one of 12 offers, 3 being cash. I attributed one of major factors in my offer being accepted to Ben's personal touch. I will never forget how hard he and my lender worked to jump through hoops in buying that home - long story short, it was nothing short of a miracle. And Ben was a key role in it. 5 years later, I get married and needed to get an bigger home for our new family. It wasn't a hesitation that Ben was going to be our realtor for both selling and buying. I could go on to describe how efficient and smooth Ben made this for us despite all the stresses that come with the territory. Ben has become a very good friend and has also referred us to our insurance agent, tax preparer, and estate planning attorney...none of which has disappointed. He always says, "good people know good people" and I say, Ben is good peeps! You'd be crazy not to call him for your real estate needs.
