  • I started bringing my dog to this location once it opened, because it was much closer to home. The staff went between the locations so there were familiar faces and they already knew my dog. They greet her by name when we walk through the door and they pay her some very special attention every single time. They give me updates about how the visit was. Amazingly, the time and patience they showed had my scared-of-her-own-shadow dog eventually comfortable with things she was terrified of in the past. They've changed her grooming experiences forever! I can't thank them enough. The owner and staff are all very kind and professional, and they truly care about the work they do. Their passion is evident and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long term groomer.
