  • I relocated temporarily for my job 3 months ago and am letting my mother stay in my home to keep an eye on things. I told her I would make sure the house is kept clean while she is staying there because she's doing me such a huge favor. So far Cardinal Maids has come out for 3 once-a-month cleanings and my mom has only had good things to say. They have arrived on time and, according to her, worked hard and quick to finish the clean in a reasonable amount of time. The last time they forgot to clean the bathroom upstairs. The stairwell is in the back of the house so I can understand how it was overlooked. I called their contact number and spoke with the owner, Nick, and a team was promptly dispatched to fix the issue. I was very impressed by their quickness to fix any issue. It made me feel at ease that I have a great company managing the cleanliness of my house so my mom doesn't have to worry about. I will use Cardinal Maids again in the future.
