  • Scheduled an appointment to have the geeks come to my home. One of those between 10 AM and 4 PM windows. Having heard nothing from them by 1 PM I called to inquire. I was told they would be there at 4 PM. At 4 when they hadn't showed, I called again and was told I had canceled the appointment!?! What! Why would I cancel the appointment after having wasted my entire day off. Took two weeks before I had another day to spend on this, but I called a competitor. They said they would be there at 9:30 AM. Guess what? They were there at 9:30 sharp! They fixed my issue and all the problems the Geeks left me exposed to on my last trip into the store (FYI - their internet protection software is complete crap. a scam they use to make money and will protect your computer from nothing.).
