  • Called for service on AC. Said they would get back to me within 30 min. Didn't. Called back an hour later. Said they would get someone to call me within the hour. A full hour later I got a call. A total of 2hrs 15 min from my first call to them. Within that time I called someone else, was called back in 5 minutes, and scheduled for later that day. I will not call George Brazil again. If only they were as good as their commercials suggest.
