  • Having tried Ding Tea in San Diego, I was certainly excited for their Vegas location. I would say this location is up to par with other Ding Tea and one of the better shops of boba scene in Vegas. Service is friendly. Though employees are still working out the kinks and under training, I'd say it was pretty organized considering it is only their first week. I ordered the oolong milk tea and added light golden boba. I paid around $4.70 for the large which I think is decently priced. Drink came out in few minutes and upon receiving, was told that I was able to make adjustments if needed. As other reviewers have mentioned, their drink is pretty sugary. Make use of their sweetness adjustments! I have a sweet tooth but even for me....it was too sweet at 100% sweetness. I'd go a scale down next time. Boba had a nice texture and hint of honey flavor. Besides the sweetness issue, I wish it was more creamy but oolong had prominent tea flavor so I would say drink + boba was on point. (Taste similar to KFT's oolong milk tea in my opinion, but a lot sweeter and less creamy) One thing I didn't like about this location with the comparison of other Ding Tea is their interior and decor. I personally think their artwork doesn't go well with the rest of the interior. Too cutesy in my opinion. Also with their menu on each table, made the place look and feel like it was a dining restaurant than a boba shop. Wish it was more casual/hipster like the other location. But that's just my personal preference. Overall, not bad! Looking forward to visiting more and trying out more drinks in the future!
