  • I just left the nail salon about an hour ago and I am absolutely miserable. I waited an hour for a full set because only one technician seemed to be able to do them. I understand having to wait but most of the time you are told exactly how long the wait will be. My issue was the male technician not listening to me. I asked for narrow nails and instead I received uneven lengths and the shape is also uneven. He also didn't care that I kept saying I didn't like the shape. It's so botched I am embarrassed, and I am so upset with the service I don't even want to return to fix the issue because I'm afraid it will only get worse. I recommend going somewhere else when it comes to acrylic nails because this is the worst set I've ever gotten. I will not ever be returning.
