  • I had Will perform a inspection for a home I'm closing on in a month. I arrived about 30 mins after him, and he had no problem taking a few minutes and going back over the issues he had already found, which I really appreciated. This is my first home and I'm using a VA appraisal. He was very thorough and noticed things I would have never seen (he also takes pictures of all issues and labels them in the report). He found a couple issues, but nothing major. His overall assessment was that the house was in great condition... and he was right. The VA appraisal came in better than expected!! Will definitely knows what he's doing and answered the many question I had, as I'm new to home ownership. He offered his professional opinion on some DIY fixes and never tried to sugarcoat anything, even while discussing the issues right in front of the home owner. After the inspection was over he asked me to call him if I had any other questions and then thanked me for my service in the military. Will is a class act. I highly recommend Home Pride Inspections to anyone. Especially veterans, as they offer a military/veteran discount!
