  • My air conditioner had not been working well. The last shop that looked at it two years ago said it was fine after they tested it, but it wasn't. So I had been driving around the past two years suffering during the summer. I just thought I couldn't bear another summer without full air & decided to give another shop a try. Well, Big O did a great job and took care of it! They told me I would have to use it for a while to make sure there were no leaks to know for sure the service corrected the problem. They said if it stopped working well then that would mean there was a leak & I would have to bring it back. Well I've been driving it for weeks & it still works well. I also had them change my oil on sale. They let me take advantage of the Yelp discount too. I really appreciate their service and honesty.
