  • After 8 years, I thought it was time to take my riding lawn mower someplace for a tune up and replace belts. I always try to frequent local businesses. MPC provided pick up, I just left the mower out in the driveway. The Service center checked in and let me know about repairs and options. Local. Very pleased. The dropped the mower off and I could not wait to put on my headphones and drive it around. What!!! What's all this smoke !!! Service came out after closing and checked it out. Thankful. He made me feel stupid that the problem didn't repeat. He left. I started again!!! What!!! What's all this smoke!!! I video this time. After calling they came back to pick it up. I googled the problem and suspected oil overfilled. WAit wait. Follow up. Follow up. It's done and dropped off. Did they apologize? Offer a discount ? Call from a manager ? NOPE!
