  • My friend told me about the sale they were having and I was kinda skeptical cause this side of town in Las Vegas is in a rough neighborhood. Went to the mall and this place was right near the entrance. Store is very well organized as well as neatly kept (everything was folded nicely and in place) very unusual for a Sunday afternoon at a mall (compared to fashion show mall). Saw the shoe I wanted to get which was more than 50% off (89$ down to 40$). They didnt have my size so i tried on similar style and the lady spainstakingly laced up the shoe (didnt realize that Vans shoes dont come laced up). The Manager Kim was even more helpful, because they didnt have the size in the store, Nor was the shoe on sale online, she was able to price match the shoe to the 40$ even though it was regular price online and SHIP IT TO MY HOUSE FOR FREE! Amazing customer service as well as very friendly and helpful. Both the girls there on 10/1/16 were very attentive. Thank you for a great experience! I cannot wait until I get my shoes in the mail at such a great price!
