We are currently staying here at the Desert Paradise and I must say as a timeshare owner I am very disappointed in this property. The room is outdated and in need of a deep cleaning. One has to wear shoes inside the suite as your feet become black otherwise from the amount of dirt on the carpet. Not very nice when you have a toddler who sometimes likes to crawl and lay on the floor. Our place also smelled like smoke, although this is a nonsmoking room. The suite itself is a nice size, with full amenities: washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The splash pad for the children is nice, but the water ice cold. The staff is friendly and nice and the shuttle service they offer is great, although we did not use it. The sales staff that attempts to get you to upgrade, if you are an owner, is very pushy so beware.
