We recently hired her for our trip to Scottsdale. We had a group of 8 guys and 6 Girls. We asked her to split the meal selection to make half Meat entrees and half fish entrees. She decided that we meant that we want 28 total entrees rather than half and half of 14 entrees.
She is claiming that our total food cost is about 4x times what the market price would be. Not to mention that the food was mediocre buffet style catering. Not what you would expect from a "Private Chef". Also we're pretty sure the "filet Mignion" was Pot roast...Would avoid at all costs.
