  • Lilly and her husband Billy have just opened up their terrific 'Vivid Nails' salon but, I've been going to Lilly for many years now. Not only does she take the time to do a beautiful job, she works hard to become your favorite nail tech for life... She remembers details about your preferences, past conversations, and shows personal interest...asking about you, your family, etc. Her professionalism, perfectionism and customer service are impressive! Here's an example: I'd had an extremely busy December, right up to the holidays and wasn't going to have time to treat myself to getting my nails & toes done before leaving for a family hotel stay...Lilly, w/o any prompting from me, calls me on Dec.23rd and asks if I'd like to come in b4 hours in 12/24th to make it happen! She opened the salon at 6:30am (with me as the only one there) just so I could look and feel special on my trip! And, THAT friends is why this wonderful lady gets my 5- star review! Go here and you'll never go anywhere else.
