  • Have been forced to use century link for years since my apartment has an exclusive contract with them. Every time I received my bill it was off by hundreds of dollars and had to go into the store to fix it. The bills are always a different amount every month for some reason. Recently bought a house and has the service transferred. Got my first bill and saw that they threw me in a two year contract and my internet tripled. I never agreed to any of this. This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I'd rather deal with the goddam Mexican cartel than these assholes! I really do hope this company goes under because we deserve better than this bullshit.
