  • Our plane arrived at 9:30 our driver texted us that he was at carousel 16, we arrived at said carousel and no one was there. We called they said the driver would be there in 7 minutes ( okay so he lied about being at the carousel) no one arrived so we just took the tram. We called and no one answered the phone for 40 minutes. Get your sh#T Together. No one wants to deal with this after flying for over 8 hours.
